Health Promotion and Environmental Health Education
Arimiyau Akanji SANUSI (Ph.D), is a Professor in the Department of Health Promotion and Environmental Health Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin. He has almost thirty decades of university teaching, research, and administrative experiences.
He was formerly the Head of Department and sandwich postgraduate coordinator and has served as chairman as well as member in host of other committees both at the faculty and department level and also served as faculty representative in different capacities. His areas of research interest cover Health Promotion, Health Education Intervention, Patient Health Education and Public Health.
He has to his credit over thirty-five publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings and chapter in books. Sanusi is a fellow and first vice-president of Nigerian School Health Association (NSHA) and member of many professional bodies including Nigerian Association of Health Educators (NAHE), National Association of Physical, Health Education, Recreation, Sports and Dance (NAPHER-SD).
