Biography

Dare Abubakar BABA (Ph.D), is a senior lecturer in the Department of Health Promotion and Environmental Health Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin. He has over ten years of university teaching, research, and administrative experiences.

He is currently the postgraduate defense secretary and has served as chairman as well as member in host of committees both at the faculty and department level and also served as faculty representative in different capacities. His areas of research interest cover Community Health Education and Primary Health Care.

He has to his credit over fifty publications in reputable outlets covering journals, edited conference proceedings and chapter in books. Baba is a member of many professional bodies including Nigerian Association of Health Educators (NAHE), National Association of Physical, Health Education, Recreation, Sports and Dance (NAPHER-SD), Health Promotion Research Association of Nigeria (HEPRAN).
